Nightly rates are quoted in US dollars and include access to the entire property, including the use of kayaks, as well as access to the world famous Blue Lagoon!
Winter: December 21, 2022 – April 30, 2023
Summer: May 1 – August 14, 2023
Fall: August 15 – December 20, 2022
A minimum 2-night stay is required throughout the year, except December 21, 2022 – January 1, 2023, where a minimum 3-night stay is required.
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required on confirmation of your booking. The remaining 50% non refundable payment is due 15 days prior to your arrival. Because of the non refundable policy we recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
In the event of a cancellation more than 15 days prior to your arrival, your deposit will be used as a credit towards a future stay with us within one year of your original arrival date. In the event of a cancellation within 15 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking will be applied, with the credit balance left to be used towards a future stay within one year of your original arrival date. In the event of a no show, the credit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
